Saliya seeds, also known as Garden Cress seeds, are small, reddish-brown seeds packed with powerful nutrients. Widely used in Ayurveda and Siddha medicine, they are a rich source of iron, protein, fiber, folic acid, calcium, and vitamin E & C.
